Accounts and Billing

Billing and subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our secure payment provider. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees as applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code within AILabeling remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service without prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

AILabeling is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the add-on. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling it from your Google account.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
