Welcome to AILabeling. By accessing or using our website or Google Sheets Add-on, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
AILabeling is a Google Sheets Add-on that allows users to design, format, merge, and export labels.
By using AILabeling, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal right to use the Google account and payment method associated with your subscription.
- You comply with these Terms at all times.
2. Use of the Add-on
You may use the Add-on in accordance with Google’s platform rules and these Terms. You agree not to:
- Misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Reverse-engineer or modify the Add-on or website code.
- Use AILabeling in a manner that violates laws, privacy, or IP rights.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions and payments are securely processed through Paddle.
By purchasing a plan, you agree that:
- Paddle may charge your payment method immediately and on renewal dates.
- Prices may change, with notice before renewal.
- You are responsible for keeping billing details up to date.
4. Plans & Feature Access
Each plan includes different capabilities:
- Free & Starter: basic label design using text placeholders.
- Pro & Business: Label Elements, Template Tools, Import/Export, advanced DPI print quality.
5. Templates & Content
All templates on the AILabeling website remain our intellectual property. You may use them in your own projects but may not resell or redistribute them as standalone products.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, UI, code, and content remain the property of AILabeling or respective owners. You receive a license to use the service — not ownership.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that:
- The Add-on will be error-free.
- All printers will support the exported labels.
- Templates will always match your custom printer configuration.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILabeling is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Printing errors or wasted labels.
- Business interruptions.
- Data loss.
- Issues from incompatible printers or drivers.
9. Termination
You may stop using AILabeling at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
