By accessing or using the AILabeling website or Google Sheets Add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
AILabeling is a Google Sheets Add-on that enables users to design, generate, and export printable labels directly from Google Sheets.
AILabeling is operated and distributed under the business name AILabeling.
By using AILabeling, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal right to use the associated Google account
- Comply with these Terms at all times
2. Use of the Service
You may use AILabeling only in accordance with these Terms and applicable Google platform policies.
- Do not misuse or attempt to bypass service limitations
- Do not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the software
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
3. Payments & Billing
AILabeling plans are sold as one-time purchases that provide prepaid digital usage actions.
There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no automatic renewals.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment partner and Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, VAT/sales tax handling, invoicing, and refunds in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Plans & Usage Limits
Each plan grants access to specific features and a predefined number of usage actions.
Once the allocated actions are consumed, further usage requires the purchase of additional actions.
5. Templates & Content
All templates, examples, and sample data provided by AILabeling remain our intellectual property.
You may use them in your own projects, but you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense them as standalone products.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the AILabeling software, including source code, logic, design, templates, and documentation, are owned by the original author or licensed to the service operator.
AILabeling is operated under a valid intellectual property license. Use of the service does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer
AILabeling is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with all printers, drivers, or environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including printing errors, material loss, or business interruption.
9. Termination
You may stop using AILabeling at any time. Unused prepaid actions are not refundable except as outlined in Section 10 or where required by applicable law.
10. Refunds (Usage-Based Digital Services)
AILabeling plans are sold as one-time purchases of prepaid digital usage actions and provide immediate access to the service.
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our authorised payment partner and Merchant of Record, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Where a refund is approved, it may be issued as a full or partial refund depending on the amount of usage already consumed.
If a refund is granted, access to paid features may be adjusted or the account may be reverted to the Free plan.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
