1. About AILabeling
AILabeling provides tools for creating, generating and printing thermal labels.
The service includes the AILabeling website and the Thermal Label Maker Google Sheets™ add-on.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the services in your jurisdiction and must comply with the terms and policies of the platforms through which the services are provided.
Use of Google Workspace services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
3. AI Label Generation
The AILabeling website provides an AI-assisted label-generation feature that can create label templates and sample spreadsheet data from a description supplied by the user.
AI-generated results are provided as a starting point and may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable values.
You are responsible for reviewing generated labels, data, dimensions, barcodes, QR codes and other output before using them in production.
AILabeling does not guarantee that an AI-generated label satisfies a particular retailer, carrier, regulatory body, barcode organisation, printer manufacturer or other third-party requirement.
4. User Content and Responsibility
You remain responsible for information and content that you enter into AILabeling, including label descriptions, spreadsheet data, product information and other material.
You must not use the service to process or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or infringing content.
You should not submit passwords, payment credentials, authentication secrets or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely required for the label you are creating.
5. Google Sheets Add-on
Thermal Label Maker operates as a Google Sheets add-on and relies on Google Workspace services for spreadsheet access and execution.
You are responsible for the spreadsheet data you use with the add-on and for reviewing labels before printing.
Your use of Google Sheets and other Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
6. Plans and Usage Limits
AILabeling may provide Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. The available plans and limits are described on the Pricing page and may change over time.
The current Free plan provides a limited number of label generations with the full label-generation functionality available to the service.
Paid plans provide higher generation limits and may include additional support or business services as described on the Pricing page.
Usage limits are measured according to the applicable AILabeling plan and may be subject to reasonable technical controls intended to prevent abuse.
7. Payments and Billing
Paid AILabeling plans are sold as one-time purchases unless a different billing arrangement is explicitly stated for a particular enterprise agreement.
There are no recurring subscription charges for the standard one-time plans described on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for applicable purchases.
Paddle may apply its own checkout, payment, tax, invoicing and buyer terms.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the terms applicable to the purchase, and Paddle's applicable buyer policies.
Where a refund is permitted or approved, access to purchased usage or paid functionality may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Templates and Generated Content
AILabeling may provide example templates, sample layouts and generated examples through the website or add-on.
Generated output created specifically from your input is intended for your use, subject to any third-party rights that may apply to content you provide or incorporate.
You are responsible for ensuring that your final labels and materials do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
10. Intellectual Property
The AILabeling software, website, source code, user interface, branding, documentation and underlying technology are owned by AILabeling or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of AILabeling intellectual property to you.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or create a competing derivative product from the AILabeling software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- attempt to bypass usage limits or licensing controls;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service;
- use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- reverse-engineer or extract proprietary service logic;
- use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.
12. Third-Party Services
AILabeling depends on third-party services including Google, OpenAI, Paddle and other infrastructure providers.
Those services may have their own terms, availability requirements, limitations and privacy policies.
AILabeling is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep AILabeling available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, third-party outages or other technical circumstances.
14. Label and Printing Disclaimer
You are responsible for checking the final label before production or distribution.
This includes checking:
- label dimensions;
- text and product information;
- barcode values and formats;
- QR-code destinations;
- printer configuration;
- print quality and positioning;
- regulatory or customer-specific requirements.
AILabeling does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, driver, media type, operating environment or third-party workflow.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AILabeling is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including printing errors, wasted label stock, production interruptions, loss of business, loss of data or loss of profits.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Termination
You may stop using AILabeling at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address security concerns.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
17. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add or remove features from AILabeling as the service develops.
Material changes to pricing, usage limits or other important terms will be reflected on the relevant website pages or communicated where required by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, business practices or legal requirements.

19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
