We collect only the minimum information required to operate the AILabeling Add-on and to provide licensing, support, and billing functionality.

• Your email address (used as a unique identifier for your account and plan)
• Plan and usage information (actions used, remaining quota)
• Technical identifiers related to licensing (e.g. Paddle customer ID)

We do NOT:

• Read, store, or process the contents of your Google Sheets
• Access spreadsheet data beyond what is required for add-on functionality
• Collect personal files or documents

AILabeling accesses spreadsheet data only temporarily in memory for previewing and generating printable labels. No spreadsheet content or cell values are stored, logged, or retained on external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for:

• Providing access to the AILabeling Add-on and its features
• Tracking usage of prepaid actions
• Validating purchases and refunds
• Responding to support requests
• Sending essential service-related emails

We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record.

AILabeling does not store payment card details or billing credentials. All payment information is handled directly by Paddle in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

AILabeling also relies on Google services for authentication and Add-on execution. Google operates under its own privacy and security policies.

4. Google User Data – Sharing & Disclosure

AILabeling accesses limited Google user data strictly for the purpose of providing core functionality of the Google Sheets Add-on.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or use Google user data for advertising purposes.

We only share Google user data in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We may share limited Google user data (such as user email address and usage metadata) with trusted service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the AILabeling service. These providers include:

• Google Cloud Platform (hosting and secure backend infrastructure)
• Paddle (payment processing and Merchant of Record)

These providers process data solely on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose user data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as described above.

5. Data Storage & Security

User account data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain user account data only for as long as necessary to:

• Provide access to the Add-on
• Maintain usage records
• Comply with legal or accounting obligations

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
